BILLINGS - The man arrested for alledgely robbing three different Billings businesses in west Billings in a 15 minute span on Sunday appeared in court Monday afternoon.
William "Eddie" Everhart appeared in court to hear his charges; two counts of robbery and one count of attempted robbery.
The charges hold a maximum of 40 years in prison and $50,000 fine if convicted.
Everhart has a criminal history of prior felonies in 2003 and 2007 for possession of dangerous drugs. He also has a misdemenor history including a probation violation.
Police apprehended Everhart, of Hillsboro, Ohio, after three robberies in the Billings area on Sunday.
Everhart's court date is set for October 23rd. He is being held on a $50,000 bond.
