BILLINGS - Q2 News has learned that a veteran teacher at Billings West High School was recently disciplined for having pornographic material on his school computer.

Social Studies teacher and sophomore boys basketball coach Curtis Brott was placed on unpaid leave for two weeks back in May, after school officials discovered the objectionable material on his computer.

Billings School District Two Superintendent Terry Bouck tells Q2 that Brott will remain on probation through the end of the 2012 school year.

Bouck says Brott's access to the internet will also be strictly monitored.

If Brott is caught viewing inappropriate material at school again, Bouck says he'll be required to resign.

Brott has been a teacher at West High for nearly two decades.

The incident and discipline of Brott happened before Superintendent Bouck started his job with School District Two in July.
