It is an Upper Level Low that is Parked over North Dakota that is wrapping the moisture around it and sending it into North Eastern Montana. This is Very Bad Folks, 50 mph winds 6 to 9 inches of snow Blizzard warnings up for Scobey and surrounding areas The Sheriffs office in Richland travel has closed the roads there No travel allowed. most of this goes until Midnight. Here in Billings we have a Winter Weather Advisory until 5PM. The Sun is trying to come out. and our event is basically over. The advisory for Billings is for Blowing and drifting snow. For Billings we expect better weather tomorrow and 50's on Wednesday. The Event for the Northeast ends overnight. with temps in the upper 30's and low 40's by midweek.
