After high winds for much of the week it looks like the wind will be taking the rest of the night off. High Pressure to the south has been pushing air into a Low Pressure cell to the north. We call this a Pressure gradient. However tonight the Low to the north has moved farther away from Montana so the gradient is not as strong and the winds are relaxing. Another Low moves into Southern Canada tomorrow night and we expect the winds to pick up again.
Billings Tonight. Partly Cloudy decreasing winds. Low: 24
Billings Tomorrow. Sunny windy and warmer. High: 41
Billings Friday. Sunny Windy and Warm. High: 49
