Q2 Weather Update: Can't get to Denver from here

It's not very much snow but it does contain ice and that has the Colorado Department of Transportation closing Interstate 25 from Wellington Colorado, which is just north of Fort Collins, to the Wyoming state line. By the way, the south bound lane from Cheyenne Wyoming is closed too.

The National Weather Service has posted a Winter Weather Advisory for Central Wyoming for 5 inches of snow. The snow is spreading from Wyoming into Northern Colorado. 8 inches of snow is forecast for the mountains overnight.

If your travel plans take you to Denver, you can expect long delays. Starting in Casper, Wyoming and lasting all the way to Cheyenne. From there your trip is stopped until the storm moves on.
