The Next cold front is currently pushing past eastern Washington and headed toward western Montana. This cold front is being driven by a fairly strong Jet Stream and is expected to blow through Billings and South Central Montana by morning. The computer models put the cold front in Billings at 5AM. We don't expect very much snow with this system, simply because it will be moving so fast. We expect a little more than a trace of snow.
A Low pressure cell attached to the fast moving cold front will be tracking across southern Canada. This, along with the cold front will probably keep the winds blowing for a little while longer. Once this system moves on, another cold front is forecast to drop down out of Canada and bring some colder temperatures our way for the weekend and the early part of next week.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with a 30% chance of morning snow and windy conditions in the afternoon. High 39.
