BILLINGS - Police arrested one man after a shooting this afternoon in the Billings heights.
It happened a little before 3 pm, on Pemberton Lane, west of Main street near the Conoco Station.

The men in the van followed her home.
The women's boyfriend came out and the men had left.
The boyfriend then went looking for the men, and found them at Pemberton and Main.
Hafner says after the man got out of his vehicle, 26-year old Robert Zlahn got out of the van and fired three to four shots with a .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol.
Officers found the van on Kyle and Zlahn and the other two men at the intersection of Mattson and Bench.
Police located the gun and found three spent casings at Pemberton and Main.
Zlahn, a Billings resident, was arrested for assault with a weapon.
The other two men, also from Billings were released.
