Authorities are asking for help in finding an Oklahoma man named Mark Bennett, who has not been heard from in nearly a week as he made his way to Glacier National Park.

The Missoula County Sheriff's Officer says that Bennett, 56, was last heard from on August 16th.

Authorities were able to trace Bennett's cellphone to the Saint Marys Lake area, and on Tuesday, Lake County searchers set out to find him, but came up empty.

We are told he's driving a 2006 White Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck with Oklahoma license plate 591EUA; he's towing a 15 foot, egg-shaped travel trailer and was accompanied by two dogs.

Bennet is described as 130lbs, 5'11" skinny, "dirty grey" shorter hair, and brown eyes.

His dogs are a mixed-breed black lab and a pure-breed blue healer, spotty brown and black in color.

His brother reports having daily phone contact with him until last Thursday when he disappeared

Bennett, who is on medication, was supposed to contact his brother to find out where to get his prescription re-filled, but Johnson says Bennett never made the call.

Anyone with information about Bennett's whereabouts is asked to call their local law enforcement agency.

We'll have more information on this story as it becomes available.
