MT man charged with rape, child pornography

MISSOULA - A Missoula man is facing felony charges for raping a woman and for downloading child pornography. Benjamin Clark is facing rape and sexual abuse of children charges.

Prosecutors say a 24-year-old victim reported seeing child pornography on Clark's flash drive, so detectives searched Clark's home and found videos of him raping the 24-year-old woman while she was unconscious.

The victim told police she didn't consent to the sexual acts in the video.

Clark confessed to investigators that he downloaded child pornography and he also said he got the 24-year-old victim drunk until she passed out, so he could have sex with her.
