Mother believes abducted GA teen may have been spotted in Montana

Alexis Newman, 14, was abducted from Hazlehurst, Georgia, on June 25, 2012, and now her mother believes that Alexis may have been seen in or near Great Falls.

Alexis was reportedly taken by her stepfather, Michael David Dempsey, 35.

The girl's mother, Teresa, tells us that she has been contacted via Facebook by a woman who lives in Great Falls, who told her that she had seen Alexis and Dempsey on the side of the road holding a sign that said "Traveling, Need Help."

Teresa said that ordinarily it would have sounded far-fetched, but Dempsey had expressed several times a desire to go to Montana.
