MISSOULA - A 31-year-old Missoula man is facing charges for allegedly raping his 13-year-old daughter after supplying the victim with alcohol.
The man is being charged with sexual intercourse without consent and endangering welfare of children.
Prosecutors say the man picked up his daughter and then took her to a gas station where he bought her Mike's Hard Lemonade, which contains alcohol.
The girl took 10 drinks and the suspect told investigators he was also drinking. The two fell asleep on his bed and the girl woke up to her father raping her.
The suspect told investigators he was really drunk and what the girl told them is probably true.
We are not identifying the suspect to protect the identity of the alleged victim.
