GREAT FALLS - Billings assumed it would have one new State AA golf trophy in the Magic City next week. Not many thought it would bring home three.

Senior's Kortney McNeil added her second individual State AA title in two years, helping her Lady Broncs to the team title as well. But the real surprise was Skyview's Parker Bradbury, who overcame favorite Ryan Porch and held off crosstown rival Austin Berg to claim the boys individual title.

Bradbury shot a final round 70 to outlast Berg by one shot, putting up a two-day total of 144. Glacier's Logan Iverson was 3rd at 146. Porch started the day with a two-shot lead after an opening round 72, but stumbled to a second round 76 to finish at 148 in a tie for 4th. Porch's teammate Tommy Mann and Skyview's Cole Lorenz also finished at 148.

With three finishers in the top four, Glacier won the team title with a two-round total of 594, 12 shots better than Skyview. West finished third by a shot over Senior, 620 to 621.

McNeil's comeback was even more impressive. The sophomore started the day six shots behind first round leader Teigan Avery of Glacier. But Avery triple-bogeyed the first hole and McNeil had caught and passed her by the back nine. The now two-time defending champ shot a final round 74 to finish at 154, two shots ahead of Avery.

Capital's Coral Schulz finished 3rd at 159, while McNeil's teammate, Sammy Walter, finished 4th at 162.

McNeil wand Walter helped Senior's girls win their first team title since 1987, with a two-day total of 671. Glacier finished 2nd at 690, while West finished 3rd at 704.
