Man in wheelchair struck while crossing road in downtown Billings

BILLINGS- One man is being treated for non-life threatening injuries after he was struck by a vehicle while crossing the intersection of 6th Avenue North and North 29th Street in Billings.
The man was riding a motorized transport which may be a wheel chair when he was struck by what appeared to be a Lexus Sports Utility Vehicle.
Two lanes of traffic were partially blocked due to the collision, but it was not seriously affecting traffic flow.
The driver of the SUV was cited for failing to yield.
