Lottery prizes totaling $15,000 remain unclaimed

HELENA - Lottery players are urged to check old tickets, as two unclaimed prizes totaling $15,000 will expire this July and August. Unless claimed, $5,000 from a Wild Card ticket sold in Bozeman and $10,000 from a Hot Lotto ticket sold in Great Falls will be transferred to the State of Montana General Fund.

The Wild Card ticket for the January 5 drawing was purchased from the Holiday, 1951 Durston Rd. in Bozeman. The winning numbers for the January 5 drawing were: 01-08-16-18-22 and Wild Card was the Jack of Clubs. The winner has until July 5 to present the winning ticket.

The Hot Lotto ticket for the February 9 drawing was purchased from the Loaf ‘N Jug, 601 Smelter Ave. in Great Falls. The winning numbers for the February 9 drawing were: 02-16-17-25-29 and Hot Ball 10. The winner has until August 9 to present the winning ticket.

Lottery prizes must be claimed within six months of the drawing for which the winning ticket is eligible. Prizes over $599 must be claimed at Montana Lottery headquarters at 2525 North Montana Ave. in Helena during regular business hours or by mail. Ticket holders should immediately sign the back of their tickets to establish ownership.
