Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is appearing on ABC's celebrity diving show Splash, though he found himself in an unusual position during filming this last weekend.

Another contestant on the show, comedian Louie Anderson, found himself in a rather precarious situation when he couldn't remove himself from the pool due to what's being described as "sheer exhaustion," according to TMZ. Luckily for Anderson, a 6-4, 300-pound NFL defensive lineman happened to be on hand to pull him from the pool.

Anderson is scheduled to appear at the Alberta Bair Theater in Billings on February 15. He's headling this year's benifit for the Center for Children and Familes.

Anderson is said to be fine, and he'll resume doing whatever activities are to be done on Splash immediately.
