Lightning sparked fire burning northeast of Livingston

LIVINGSTON - A wildfire has sparked northeast of Livingston tonight in the vacinity of the Willow Creek road and the Green Acres subdivision.

Authorities are not releasing details on the fire yet, but Q2 News is hearing from residents who are keeping us up to date via Facebook.

At last word, the fire has run from the Willow Creek road to Highway 89, and is now burning toward the Old Clyde Park road.

Gallatin National Forest dispatch confirms that there have been some evacuations, and residents tell us evacuees are being sent to the Livingston Civic Center.

More details as soon as they become available.
