MISSOULA - The Missoula man known for his public use of marijuana has been banned from the University of Montana campus for smoking pot in the law library.
UM Police Chief Gary Taylor says the incident happened on October 15th when Jason Christ was using the library for research.
Law school staff caught him using marijuana on two separate occasions and since he didn't listen the first time, and then started arguing with the school's staff, UM Police were called to remove him from the building.
The University of Montana's President's Office signed an administrative notice banning Christ from the campus. Christ has seven days to appeal the ban.
