Injunction seeks to stop the auction of M & M memorabilia

BUTTE - The auction of memorabilia from the M & M Bar and Cafe may be stalled. Dan Casey, a former business partner of the M & M says an injunction is being sought in Gallatin County to stop the auction of memorabilia and other items from the M & M. Memorabilia from the historic bar appear in an on-line auction. The auction is scheduled to begin March 19 with a March 18 preview date. The M & M closed in September following a dispute over unpaid utility bills and claims from employees of not being paid.
