BILLINGS - The Home Improvement Show says some local businesses are doing so well...it's been a challenge getting them to commit to the show.
About 375 vendors came to the Home Improvement Show, now in its 30th year, at MetraPark's Expo Center, on Saturday.
The fall show draws fewer vendors than the spring show...and features more indoor projects.
Some people are looking for projects they can do...but the promoter says the show provides a good chance to also find a contractor.
"Typically that's what I found out," said Mark Hedin, the show's promoter. "If you don't know what you're doing, you're a lot better off having a professional do it. Because in the long run, the professional is going to have to come out and correct your mistakes anyway, so that's the type of guy I am, yea just do it for me."
The Home Improvement show finishes its three-day run tomorrow from 9 to 5 at the Expo Center.
