Hungry Horse man charged with shooting at 3 people

HUNGRY HORSE- A Flathead Valley man is facing several charges for allegedly firing a gun at three people.

Ray Bell, 39, has been charged with two counts of felony assault with a Weapon, and a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.

A caller to emergency dispatchers on July 21st reported that a weapon had been used in an assault in the Hungry Horse area.

Bell reportedly fired a gun at a man, who was sitting in a vehicle, a nd hit him in the arm. Bell then allegedly fired a gun at two women, who were unhurt.

Bell ran from officers when they arrived on scene and also physically resisted arrest. He'll be arraigned in Flathead County District Court on August 9.
