It was a blast from the past Saturday if you drove by the Northwest Family Fellowship in Great Falls.

All kinds of folks came to admire and show off their classic beauties.

Some participants of the Cruisin' the Right Road car show chose to match their cool rides, while others came to just take a look.

Cars ranged from all hues, decades, makes and models, but one participant in particular thinks putting the vintage rides to use is a must.

"If you have an older vehicle, treat it well, love it but mostly drive it," participant Lindy Eberl said. "They don't belong sitting in a garage hiding in the shade. They belong to be out in the American sun, the American rain and the American wind-- I'm not crazy about hail! But you know, if you don't drive them, why do you have them?"

Coordinators said they're pleased with the turn out for their first ever car show.

Spectators were able to vote on the cars, but nearly everyone in attendance said it was about more than just getting the most votes, it's about getting to know and discuss fellowship while enjoying the company of four and two wheel owners.
