BILLINGS - Democrat House candidate Kim Gillan stepped up her campaign with the grand opening of her office in Billings.
Gillan's campaign set up her headquarters at 724 Grand Avenue, about five blocks down from her opponent Steve Daines' Billings campaign office.
She told supporters that Democrats can win Montana's House Seat.
Gillan says she has talked with voters who want solutions to the economy, jobs and medicare.
"It's really very exciting and I appreciate all folks coming out today," Gillan said. "It's time to get serious about things.It's not business as usual. Start solving problems, start figuring ways to strengthen Medicare, get the economy back on track and that's what my campaign is about, and everyone here today is helping me kick that off. "
Gillan and Daines have three debates planned: September 25 in Missoula; October 2 in Billings and October 13 in Bozeman.
