Gas prices down again this week in Billings

If you are traveling this week for the holiday you will be paying less for gas than you were last week. Average retail gasoline prices in Billings have fallen 8.4 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.11/g yesterday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 81 gas outlets in Billings. This compares with the national average that has not moved in the last week to $3.24/g, according to gasoline price website GasBuddy.com.

Including the change in gas prices in Billings during the past week, prices yesterday were 5.7 cents per gallon lower than the same day one year ago and are 27.4 cents per gallon lower than a month ago. The national average has decreased 19.1 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 1.3 cents per gallon higher than this day one year ago.
