BOZEMAN - A wildfire that started along Trail Creek Road earlier today has been put out.
The fire burned 10 to 15 acres in a sparsely populated area along Trail Creek Road east of Bozeman.
The Gallatin County 911 Center was notified of the fire near 3100 Trail Creek Road at around 10:37 a.m.
One home was evacuated and others in the area received warnings, according to a release from the Gallatin County Sheriff's Office.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Gallatin County Sheriff's Office.
Also responding were fire departments from Fort Ellis, Rae-Sourdough, Gallatin Gateway and Bozeman as well as the Forest Service.
