FBI releases photos of vehicle believed to belong to Cody abduction suspect

Possible vehicle of Cody Abduction Suspect

Please see the attached photographs; it is believed that the cargo box has been removed from the top of the vehicle in the photographs.

Law enforcement is requesting the public's assistance in locating a 2004 or 2005, white, 4 door, Toyota SR-5, 4-Runner, with a removable silver over black cargo box on the roof.

Investigators believe this vehicle is connected to the child abduction that occurred in Cody, Wyoming, on October 8th. This belief is based on witness statements and video footage from various cameras located throughout Cody, Wyoming.

He's described as a white male, 55 to 60-years-old, six feet tall, 185 to 200 pounds, with short strawberry blonde or white hair...and well-trimmed facial hair.

The FBI says the suspect is armed and dangerous and warns if you see him or the vehicle to not approach it, but immediately call law enforcement.
