Elbow Pass Fire west of Augusta now at 450+ acres

The Elbow Pass Fire burning west of Augusta has now scorched somewhere between 450 and 600 acres.

A firefighter at the scene tells us that the fire appears to be "very indecisive."

He added that the fire's growth appears to have slowed within the last couple of hours after hitting a rocky patch of land.

The fire is not threatening any structures at this time, and no evacuations are planned.
