As of 2:30 this afternoon, the high temperature at Miles City reached 111 degrees. This breaks the all-time record high temperature of 110 degrees at Miles City, set on July 23rd and 24th 2007, July 14th 2002, August 7th 1995, and August 7th 1949.
Needless to say, this also breaks the old daily record high of 106 degrees for June 26th, which was set in 1988.
The temperature at Miles City may still climb higher today, so it could reach even higher marks.
