HELENA - Michael Yeager of Helena, who rolled his vehicle on Frontage Road on Monday evening, has been charged with DUI and endangering the welfare of a child.

Yeager must appear in Justice Court on Monday to face the charges.

According to Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Joe Cohenour, Yeager blew more than twice the legal limit during a sobriety breath test.

He was treated by paramedics for a cut on his head.

A six-year old passenger in the vehicle was not injured.

Both were reportedly wearing their seat belts during the accident.

According to a witness on the scene, the SUV came around the corner and left the roadway, rolling and landing on its side.
