Drew has "sort of" been a part of the Q2 news team since May of 2007. After graduating from Billings Central Catholic High School in 2006 (Go Rams!), he attended the University of Montana (Go Griz!) and graduated in May of 2010.
In between those two dates, he interned at Q2 during winter and summer breaks, met his soon-to-be wife and made a few lifelong friends.
After graduation, he took a job with KHQ-TV in Spokane as a news producer. He enjoyed the opportunity as well as most of the people he met, but quickly realized he was unable to find happiness.
After a little soul searching, Drew decided to move back home to Billings and stumbled into a wonderful opportunity at KTVQ to become a reporter.
Drew grew up watching Q2 and is excited to contribute to the news team. Outside of reporting, Drew enjoys following the Seattle Seahawks, Mariners and Sounders, the Billings Central Rams boys soccer team, watching the Griz, and as you probably have figured out-watching sports in general.
But he doesn't just talk the talk-- he also likes to get active and play a variety of sports recreationally, most recently developing a passion for racquet ball.
Additionally, he enjoys singing, acting, reading, movies, watching TV and probably other every day things that you like to do.
