UPDATE: BILLINGS- The Yellowstone County Sheriff's Office reports that the man who was found dead at the 17 Mile Shooting Range appears to have died from a gun shot wound.
Detective Sgt. Sam Bofto says the investigation is ongoing, but at this point, the death does not appear to be suspicious.

BILLINGS- The Yellowstone County Sheriff's Office is investigating a death on the 17 Mile Shooting Range off Highway 87 north of Billings.
Deputies are processing the scene. A lieutenant tells Q2 that details are limited at this time, and the cause of death is still under investigation.
The shooting range is on BLM land. Q2 photographer, Justin Hosa, says the area is closed off, and the sheriff's office and a BLM ranger are on scene.
