Firefighters are working today trying to get control of what's being called the "Garcon Gulch fire".
The fire started just after 5:30 p.m. Monday in the Hot Springs area, before moving into Lake County.
Officials tell us the fire started from farm machinery and is burning mostly grass at this time.
The fire has torched close to 400 acres so far.
Initially the fire did threaten a home and some power lines, which are now no longer threatened.
We will keep you updated on this fire as we get more information.
