Law Enforcement officials are still working to solve the case of the severed legs discovered in Butte.

Search and rescue dogs have been unable to find additional evidence where the legs were initially discovered, but Butte-Silver Bow Sheriff John Walsh revealed that counties across Montana are working together to close the case.

Walsh also says tips have been received since the case broke, and while the information received is currently inconclusive, it may help the case down the road.

Walsh says the investigation could go on as long as September.
