ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) Air conditioning is back on at two New Jersey casinos that had been without it since early Thursday.

Pepco Energy Services says cooling was restored at Trump Plaza Hotel and Caesars Atlantic City on Sunday morning. Pepco owns a power plant that provides cold water to the Atlantic City casinos to power their cooling systems. The cooling problems were caused by a leaky underground pipe at the plant.

Temporary systems at both casinos are operating.

Trump Plaza had been shut down since Friday. Caesars Atlantic City has remained open, but crowds there had been sparse.

Meanwhile, work to restore air conditioning at Boardwalk Hall, a concert venue, continues.
