CODY - Park County, Wyoming attorney Bryan Skoric says a police-involved fatal shooting in October was justified. Skoric released a report today calling the shooting "necessary."

In October, police were called to a Cody home by Tifini Christen, who reported her husband Jared Christen was quote: "flipping out and throwing furniture." When police arrived, Christen told them, quote, "someone needs to die," before he shoot in the officers' direction.

Police officer Trapp Heydenberk shot Christen four times fatally wounding him.

Skoric says officers were justified in shooting Christen. Christen also had a blood alcohol level of point-two-four-two at the time of the shooting.
