MISSOULA - A Missoula business owner, known for his public use of medical marijuana, didn't show up for court Tuesday morning.

The judge moved the court hearing for Jason Christ to next week, but she said if he doesn't show up next Tuesday, she'll issue a warrant for his arrest.

Christ is being charged with two counts of felony intimidation and a misdemeanor charge for an August 2010 incident. Prosecutors say that's when he threatened to bomb a Missoula Verizon store because he was unhappy with their phone service.

He's also accused of threatening to beat employees with his cane. Christ's trial is set for April 18th.
