BOLO Alert - Simon Jacobson

Simon Jacobson is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service's Montana Violent Offender Task Force based on a felony warrant charging him with violations of his probation on charges of theft and burglary.
Jacobson is also a person of interest in a suspected kidnapping in Billings.
