BILLINGS - The dream of winning a home can be yours!
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is teaming up with Q2 and the Billings community for it's 2013 "Billings St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway." The announcement was made "live" today on the Q2 Statewide Noon News.
Contractors, sponsors and St. Jude team members broke ground on the nearly 3,300 square foot home in Billings Ironwood Estates.
St. Jude Children's hospital has helped the world treat childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
No family ever pays St. Jude for the medical care their child receives, but to make that possible communities, groups and single individuals give of their time, efforts and dollars to help heal sick kids.
Ty Lantis and Greg Schmidt of Image Builders will lead the build along with a multitude of subcontractors and community members. People who want to help kids suffering from life-threatening diseases, including Wayne Nelson, Stockman Bank President and Dream Home Chair. "When a child goes through there at no cost to the family, whatever is learned, all cures are disseminated throughout the globe. So it benefits our backyard, and we need to jump on it." says Nelson, "It's our way to support it from a Billings perspective, so we all need to get behind this."
Q2 will follow this build and keep you posted on this dream home valued between $400,000 and $500,000 thousand dollars.
You will not only have a chance to win a beautiful home, you will also give to an amazing cause healing kids all across Montana and the country.

Tickets go on sale February 1, 2013. They are $100 apiece.
6500 tickets will be sold.
The home will be given away "live" on Q2 Sunday May 5th during a special one hour broadcast.
