BILLINGS - The Billings Police Department responded to a hit and run collision just before 3 o'clock Tuesday afternoon near the intersection of Grand and 3rd Street West.

The driver of the vehicle was slowly taken out of her green SUV by emergency medical crews and put onto a stretcher. She received minor neck injuries.

According to Sergeant Jay Berry with the Billings PD, the two vehicles were heading east on Grand when the first vehicle was coming to a stop and was rear-ended by the other vehicle.

The Billings Police Department is searching for the suspect, who was driving a small black pickup truck. Sergeant Berry said the pickup had brand new plates from the dealership.

If anyone has any information on the driver or the vehicle, you can contact the Billings Police Department at 657-8460.
