BILLINGS - The Boulder-Arrowhead baseball all-stars will play on national television after beating Gastineau Channel, Alaska, 7-3 on Wednesday.

After losing two straight pool play games, it marked the second straight win for Billings at the Northwest Regional in San Bernardino. Tyler Buckingham went 1-for-3 at the plate with 2 RBI and a run scored to pace Boulder-Arrowhead.

Billings erupted for four runs in the 1st inning before Alaska drew to within 4-3. But the 11-12 year-old players answered with two runs in the 5th and an insurance run in the 6th advancing to Thursday's 3:00 p.m. (MDT) semifinal on ESPN2.

Boulder-Arrowhead will face Post Falls, Idaho, with the winner playing for this year's Northwest championship Saturday at 2:00 p.m. on ESPN. Post Falls beat Billings 12-2 when the two teams met Friday in pool play.
