Billings lawyer to challenge Paxinos

BILLINGS -  A Billings lawyer has tossed his hat into the race for Yellowstone County Attorney.

Republican candidate Marvin S. McCann currently serves as a private practice attorney, but was the Beaverhead County Attorney from 2003 to 2008.

McCann served in the United States Marine Corps and is a third generation graduate of Billings Senior High School.

At this time, he is the only candidate challenging current Yellowstone County Attorney Dennis Paxinos
