Billings Deputy Chief of Police announces retirement

BILLINGS - After serving in almost every Billings Police position possible, Deputy Chief Tim O'Connell announces his retirement.
Among other positions and duties, O'Connell has served the city for nearly 29 years as an officer, detective, SWAT Team member, Drug Task Force member, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain and as Deputy Chief for the last four years.
O'Connell joined the force on February 6, 1984 and was promoted to Deputy Chief on May 19, 2008.
