BILLINGS - Billings Clinic hosted an on campus celebration party this afternoon for their employees.

This year, the hospital has made not only quite an impact on a local scale, but on the national scene as well. The event today was planned to celebrate and give recognition to the clinic's employees who have worked together to make Billings Clinic such a success. This year alone, the hospital was rated as #1 in the nation by Consumer Reports. US News and World report, listed Billings Clinic as #1 in the region. Then last but not least, the clinic maintained the status of being on the list of the top 100 of the nation's hospitals for addressing the needs of women when they are choosing a health care organization.

Today's festivities included a bluegrass band and root beer floats handed out to all who attended. The hospital's CEO Dr. Nicholas Wolter, spoke to the employees, giving a speech of thankfulness and vision for the future. He says that the hospital will not become over prideful from the national recognition and awards, but will rather take the accomodation as a push to continue working hard to better take care of their patients.
