BILLINGS- Eagle Mount is celebrating 23 years of changing lives.
The organization has helped enhance the lives of children and adults with disabilities through recreation across the region.
This coming weekend, Eagle Fest 2011, a fundraiser for the non-profit group kicks off Friday night with family night. The carnival gives families a chance to play games and even enjoying dancing with one another and it's all for a good cause.
"You know these events are educational as well raise support for Eagle Mount. It's an opportunity for us to tell people what we do and why we do it" said Jonathan Peart Eagle Mount Executive Director.
The Eagle Fest dinner is scheduled for Saturday night at The Crowne Plaza. There will be a live and silent auction. This is the biggest event of the year. The money they raise at the Eagle Fest helps fund activities all year long.
"Right now we are finishing up our ski program at the moment. Soon we will be starting our spring program with biking, swimming, golf and equestrian programs," explains Peart. "Our summer program for children with disabilities is set to for this year."
