BILLINGS - Nearly 90 World War II veterans left Billings Sunday morning on the third Big Sky Honor Flight.
The Sun Country chartered jet took off from Billings Logan International Airport around 8:30.
The veterans will visit the World War Two Memorial in Washington, DC and Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia.
Veterans will may also visit the Viet Nam, Korean and Lincoln memorials.
Big Sky Honor flight will serve up a banquet Sunday night.
Monday, the plan is to Arlington National Cemetery and then see the World War II Memorial.
The veterans will return to an enthusiastic crowd of family, friends and appreciative citizens, in Billings Monday night.
