LAUREL, MT - Americans honored veterans in a two-part ceremony on Laurel, Sunday.
Due to the cold weather, the remembrance started at the Laurel High School Auditorium. It then continued at the Yellowstone County Veterans Cemetery.
A firing squad and the bulgiest playing taps were featured at both places.
Jeanie Hall and her daughters, Jackie and Shelia unveiled memorial stones for two veterans. Jeanie honored her husband Glenn, a World War II veteran and her father-in-law Victor, a World War I veteran. The headstones lie next to each other in the memorial section of the cemetery.
