Alpha House pre-release center reports another walk away

BILLINGS - The Montana Department of Corrections is advising the public to be on the lookout for an inmate that walked away from the Billings Alpha House pre-release center Wednesday morning.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Jeremy Walbridge, 32, originally from Libby, MT.

Walbridge is a white male, six feet tall, and weighs 240 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair. The suspect was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, a brown Carhart jacket, and a black beanie.

Walbridge committed the crime of issuing a bad check in Flathead County and has been residing at Alpha House since April of this year.

The Department of Corrections states that the public should not approach the suspect but should call law enforcement if he is encountered.

Walbridge is the second inmate to walk away from Alpha House within a 24 hour period.

Alpha House officials said that around 6:30pm Tuesday, Bruce Delaney walked away from Alpha House and was immediately placed on escape status by the Montana Department of Corrections.

Delaney is a Caucasian 6'1", 190 pounds, gray hair, and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a large khaki Carhart coat, blue jeans, and black trucker-type hat.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Alpha House is a Men's Community Corrections Center located at 104 North 31st Street in Billings.
