BILLINGS A man of many talents spreads his message state-to-state and one step at a time
He calls himself the walking Warrior, Friday he made his way across the magic City. Stanley Bronstein is an Arizona attorney and part time author who realized one day, that he wasn't happy with his weight.
So he started walking five hours a day and met people along the way who inspired him to help others.
Now, he raises money for a variety of charities through his warrior walk.
Stanley says being fit is not the only benefit to lacing up every day.
It's when I do my thinking!
"As a book author it's a very good to think and put my thoughts together. Says Bronstein All people really need to do is just walk 30 minutes a day five or six days a week it will change their life. Bottom line is they need to get off their rear ends and do it.>
Stanley says if he "inspires one person per city the whole journey will be worthwhile." His next stop is Idaho Falls, and then onto Salt Lake City.
Friends can track his progress and get some helpful hints on his website, I warrior walk.com.
