BILLINGS - While certain NFL teams have more of a following in Billings...at least one sports bar has become the haven for 49ers fans.
Fiddler's Green has become a place for 49er fans like Jeremy Blankenship who changes into his red Patrick Willis jersey a half hour before games.
Blankenship also does not listen to any pre-game news.
Before today's game, the staff prepared the sauce for the Buffalo wings...that are served along with Swedish meatballs.
When you do a search for 49ers fans in Billings, Fiddler's Green is at the top.
"That's probably because of Jeremy Blankenship out there," said Justin Molzahn, kitchen manager at Fiddler's Green. "He's the die-hard guy who comes in here to watch all the sports and he's a huge 49ers fan."
"This place is great for 49ers fans, great for any type of fan," Blankenship said. "But you'll definitely get a variety of Niner fans down here Sunday for all the games. As the team performs a little bit better, they kind of come out a little bit more, show their colors a little bit more."
Fiddler's Green draws crowds for the Super Bowl and during football season, but management says its busiest on St. Patrick's Day.
