Governor Brian Schweitzer (D-MT) has signed an oil and gas tax agreement with the Blackfeet Tribe.
The document lays out how oil and gas companies which are drilling on tribal lands will be taxed.
Schweitzer says the agreement prevents companies from being taxed twice.
