Schweitzer signs oil and gas tax agreement with Blackfeet Tribe

Governor Brian Schweitzer (D-MT) has signed an oil and gas tax agreement with the Blackfeet Tribe.

The document lays out how oil and gas companies which are drilling on tribal lands will be taxed.
