As the sound filled the Billings Holiday Inn Convention Center, families of those 212 service members wiped away tears.

GREAT FALLS - Eagle Mount is hosting its first-ever prom on Friday night, giving more than 50 people the chance to dress up and celebrate.

City council approves $259 million budget
